1. Cause analysis of house leakage

1.1 roof

1.1.1 the leakage of the flashing part of gable and parapet should be checked at the seepage position in the corresponding room of the roof, and it is easy to find the cracks in the flashing part connecting gable, parapet and reinforced concrete roof slab. The crack is parallel to the roof, and its water seepage is mainly caused by two reasons: one is the material. But from the actual situation, most of the reasons are due to the relationship between the roof waterproof layer and the insulation layer is not handled well.

1.2 the water seepage in the toilet is mainly caused by the construction and materials, or the quality problem of the connection between the drainage outlet of sanitary appliances and the drainage pipe.
