Causes and prevention of hoisting machinery accidents

1 Types and causes of lifting machinery accidents

1.1 extrusion collision

(1) during the operation of lifting machinery, due to improper operation, the speed of the mechanism changes too fast during operation, resulting in large inertia force of the lifting machinery (tool); Or the command is wrong, and the lifting route is unreasonable, causing the lifting objects (tools) to swing violently

(2) the rotation mode of lifting objects (tools) is improper, and necessary safety protection measures are not taken for the unstable rotation of major lifting objects (tools); Or the lifting operation site is poorly managed, resulting in the sudden dumping of lifting objects (tools)

1.2 electric shock (electric shock)

(2) when the mobile crane working in the open air is under the high-voltage transmission line or the tower crane is beside the high-voltage transmission line, it touches the high-voltage transmission line in the process of boom extension, bending and rotation, making the lifting machinery live, causing the operator to get an electric shock. Causes: ① failure to take necessary safety protection measures (such as installing screen protection and isolation); ② Improper command and operation result in electric shock and electrification of the crane

(3) the electrical and mechanical equipment of lifting machinery drives the screw rod to rotate through a series of transmission mechanisms such as reducer, and the electrical facilities are not maintained in time, resulting in electric leakage; Or the operation room is not equipped with a safety insulation pad, resulting in electric leakage of facilities and electric shock

(1) maintenance cage falling. Causes: ① the design structure of the maintenance cage is unreasonable (such as the height of the protective rod is not enough, the material selection does not meet the specified requirements, and the design strength is not enough); ② The maintenance operators did not take necessary safety protection measures (such as wearing safety belts) due to improper operation, which caused the maintenance cage operators to fall

(2) fall when crossing the crane. Causes: ① the maintenance personnel did not take necessary safety measures (such as wearing safety belts, hanging safety ropes, safety frames, etc.); ② The operator paralyzed the testing machine and uniformly stretched the sample at the specified rate. Carelessness and illegal operation led to falling from height

(3) during the installation or disassembly of the lifting tower (section) tower crane, the tower (section) and the operator fall. Causes: ① the design structure of the tower body (section) is unreasonable (there are hidden dangers in the disassembly and assembly of the fixed structure, and ruag space has contacted Altair); ② Improper disassembly and assembly methods and incorrect cooperation between operators and commanders caused the tower (section) to fall together with operators

(4) the equipment is used beyond the time limit or operates with problems
